Holds a master’s degree in urbanism and a postgraduate degree in Urban Geography “Spaces, societies and cities in the Arab World” , Aadel Essaadani is also manager of cultural events.
Consultant in cultural policies, technical director of performing arts, technical scenograph for installation of theaters equipment and director of Administrative Training in Performing Arts Institute. He led numerous projects in the training and consultancy in cultural projects and policies in France (Auvergne, Languedoc-Roussillon, Pyrénées-Atlantiques, Corsica, Pyrénées-Orientales, Hérault ...) and Morocco (advice to the Moroccan Ministry of Culture for the training of human resources Houses of Culture ...).
In November 2014, he organized with Racines association the “General statements of Culture in Morocco.”
